Why one record per edition? ONIX describes products. A title sold as paperback + ebook is two products with two ISBNs — Edgar assembles both from the single title record you maintain.

Import your catalog

Upload your RWW metadata spreadsheet (saved as CSV — the 140-column layout, one row per edition). Edgar groups the rows into titles with editions, maps statuses, contributors, BISAC, prices, and trim. Fields that aren't in the RWW file (word count, decision notes…) stay blank to fill in later.

Add a title

Creates a submission in Acquisitions. Everything else can be filled in later.
